The best bits about studying from home

You can study anywhere!

  • At a desk
  • In the garden
  • In a cafe
  • While travelling
  • at a friends house
  • at the beach (possibilities are endless!!)

You can carry on where you left off

You can stop and start when you want to. Being able to balance study around life is great. Its so handy when you have other commitments like

  • having children
  • working
  • daily life
  • a busy life style on the go
  • commitments to friends and family

Study at any time of day

  • Lunch time (during or before/after)
  • After breakfast for an hour
  • Even 20 minutes is better than nothing
  • evenings, afternoon's and mornings – whatever works for you!
  • I like to study throughout the day and take short breaks

You can eat in class

If you have had a hectic day but have a class at night, you can eat your supper while you learn haha! Only when you aren't on camera of course.

You get all assessment details on your start date of the course.

This has really helped me. Compared to "normal" college/ university where you aren't given assessment information until they are coming up. Having this information is really handy in order to put dates down on your calendar for upcoming assessments.
